Mat Ethos Return & Refund Policy

At Mat Ethos, LLC, we want you to love your gear. If you’re not satisfied, we’ll help you return it for a full refund—simple and hassle-free.

Eligibility

  • Item purchased within the last 90 days
  • Item is new, unused, unwashed, and undamaged (with tags/packaging where applicable)

How to Start

Contact us with your order number at info@matethos.store or https://matethos.store/pages/contact. We’ll reply with return instructions and a prepaid label when eligible.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we’ll process a full refund to your original payment method. Timing can vary by bank/issuer.

Exchanges

Need a different size or color? We can arrange an exchange when stock allows, or you can return for a refund and place a new order.

What’s Not Returnable

  • Items marked Final Sale/Last Call/Warehouse Sale
  • Personalized/custom items
  • Hygiene-sensitive items once opened (e.g., mouthguards)
  • Items showing use, wear, washing, alteration, or damage after delivery

Shipping Issues

If an order arrives damaged/incorrect or is lost in transit, reach out promptly with your order number and a brief description (photos help). We’ll assist and resolve as appropriate.
